CHP Investigates Deadly Auto-Pedestrian Accident on SR-94
La Mesa, CA (October 21, 2023) On Friday morning, a disastrous pedestrian crash on State Route 94 left a person lifeless.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly crash happened at about 3:30 a.m. on the right lane of eastbound SR-94 near the off-ramp to Spring Street.
Reports say that the body of an unidentified person was found in the right lane of eastbound SR-94.
Officials say that the person was fatally struck by a vehicle, authorities declared the person dead at the scene.
CHP is investigating the deadly auto-pedestrian accident and have not released additional details about the fatal collision.
