Woman Airlifted after Car Crash on Highway 395 and Luna Road [Victorville, CA]

VICTORVILLE, CA (July 17, 2019) – A woman went to a trauma center after a car crash on Highway 395 on July 16.
 
The incident occurred at 8:44 am on US Highway 395 and Luna Road in Victorville. The collision involved a white Ford pick-up truck and a blue Mitsubishi Lancer.
 
Victorville City Fire came to the scene and located one person trapped. The person needed extrication.
 
Firefighters asked for a medical helicopter to land on Highway 395, just north of the incident.
 
Due to the crash, Highway 395 closed down between Dos Palmas and Bear Valley Road for Mercy Air 2 to land. The helicopter airlifted the patient to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
