Woman Dies in Horrific Hit-and-Run Crash on Berkeley Avenue [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (January 18, 2025) On Monday evening, an 87-year-old woman was pronounced dead after a deadly hit-and-run crash on Berkeley Avenue.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), the fatal incident happened around 6:50 p.m. on at the intersection of Berkeley Avenue and Allesandro Street.

Reports say that he woman was walking westbound in the crosswalk when a dark-colored Ford Transit van, traveling southbound on Allesandro Street, hit her and fled the scene without offering assistance.
