Teen Injured in Fatal Crash on Route HH Near Svena Drive in Boone County
Boone County, MO (November 7, 2025) – A tragic single-vehicle rollover crash on route HH claimed the life of a 34-year-old woman and injured a teenage girl late Friday morning, just west of Svena Drive, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Authorities report that the woman, a Columbia resident, was driving a 1997 Ford Expedition westbound at approximately 11:45 a.m. when the vehicle veered off the right side of the road.
The SUV then overturned, resulting in fatal consequences for the driver. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A 14-year-old girl, who was also in the vehicle at the time of the crash, sustained minor injuries and was transported to University Hospital for treatment.
No additional details have been released regarding the cause of the crash, and an investigation remains ongoing.
