Stockton Motorcyclist Dies in Polk County Crash Near Aldrich

Aldrich, MO (March 1, 2026) — On Thursday evening, a 70-year-old Stockton man lost his life and a 59-year-old Branson woman was hurt in a motorcycle crash on Route T in Polk County, northeast of Aldrich.

According to authorities, the crash occurred along Route T when the motorcycle left the roadway, passed through a fence, and overturned. Despite emergency response efforts, the Stockton man did not survive his injuries.

Reports say that the Branson woman, who was also on the motorcycle, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a hospital in Springfield for treatment.

Authorities noted that both riders were wearing helmets at the time of the crash. The Missouri State Highway Patrol continues to investigate what led to the motorcycle leaving the roadway.
