Fatal Redmond Car Accident on Highway 202

 
REDMOND, WA (June 26, 2019) – A woman died while two children suffered injuries in a car accident on Highway 202 on June 25.
 
The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. on Highway 202 near Ames Lake Road. According to troopers, an eastbound white pickup traveled on SR-202. Meanwhile, a black vehicle either turned around on the roadway or traveled in the westbound lane.
 
The two-vehicle crash resulted in a rollover. The collision also led to the death of a 19-year-old woman in the black vehicle and two children suffering from injuries.
 
WSP revealed that the two juveniles – a 4-year-old and an infant – are in critical condition. However, police did not reveal any other information regarding their current condition.
 
In addition, the truck driver also went to the hospital. Police also did not release details regarding the driver’s medical condition.
 
The incident shut down the roadway to make way for the investigation. Authorities advised drivers to avoid the area. In addition, they will reveal more information after the investigation is complete.
