PHOENIX, AZ (October 20, 2022) – Tuesday night, a woman died in a pedestrian crash near 23rd Street and Bell Road.
 
The incident happened at about 10:30 p.m. near 23rd Street and Bell Road.
 
According to reports, a woman walked south across Bell Road. Then a westbound vehicle struck her. Afterward, a second westbound vehicle struck the woman but continued driving away.
 
As a result of the crash, the woman succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
