Pedestrian Killed in Fresno Hit-and-Run Crash

Fresno, CA (October 1, 2025) – 24-year-old Yeraldin Pascual of Fresno was fatally injured following a Hughes Avenue collision Monday night.

The authorities responded around 8 p.m. to a fatal crash south of Belmont Avenue.

Responding officers located Yeraldin Pascual lying unconscious on the roadway.

She was rushed to an area hospital, where she succumbed to her injured.

According to investigators, Pascual got out of a vehicle and she stepped out onto the roadway, but was then hit by a passing vehicle.

Witnesses said the vehicle stopped, then drove away.
