Milford, CA (September 13, 2022) – On September 9, Zhang Xiaoming, 50, and Li Zhi, 50, both Fremont residents, sustained injuries in a fatal crash on Highway 395.

It was about 9:04 p.m. when the collision south of Old Milford Road took place.
