2 Teens Injured in Carrolton Pedestrian Accident on Horizon North Parkway

CARROLTON, TX (December 14, 2025) – Friday morning, an alarming pedestrian crash on Horizon North Parkway injured two teens: Ziyah Sawyer and Elizah O.

The accident happened at around 7:40 a.m. in the 4100 block of Horizon North Parkway.

Investigators said a vehicle struck two juveniles at the scene. Both were taken to a nearby hospital, but their conditions have not been disclosed.

Police said the driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

Ziyah Sawyer and her friend Elizah O. have been identified as the two teens injured in the crash. Ziyah’s mother, Leviticus Garner, says her daughter does not recall the moments leading up to the accident.
